Cookie Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies when you visit ListenUp websites or use browser-based ListenUp services. It supplements the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Technologies We Use

• First-party cookies and browser storage for consent choices, language, sessions, authentication, security, and requested product features.
• Tags and measurement scripts that are loaded only after the relevant optional consent is granted.
• Security and payment technologies activated when you choose to sign in, complete human verification, or make a payment.

3. Consent Categories

• Strictly Necessary: required for account security, authentication, locale selection, consent storage, payments, and requested service functionality. This category cannot be disabled through the consent panel.
• Analytics: Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics. These services are loaded only after analytics consent.
• Diagnostics: the browser Sentry SDK for technical errors and performance information. It is loaded only after diagnostics consent and is configured not to send default personal data.
• Advertising: no advertising cookies are currently loaded by ListenUp. The category remains disabled unless the policy and consent panel are updated first.

4. Service Providers

• Google: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and user-initiated Google sign-in.
• Cloudflare: cookieless-oriented web traffic measurement after analytics consent and authoritative DNS services.
• Sentry: browser diagnostics after consent and server-side operational error monitoring used to maintain service reliability and security.
• Alibaba Cloud: CAPTCHA, DirectMail, OSS, RDS, Model Studio, and Singapore infrastructure used for security, email delivery, storage, data processing, and requested AI features.
• GitHub: user-initiated OAuth sign-in.
• PayPal: user-initiated checkout, subscription, fraud prevention, and payment processing.

5. Your Choices

You may accept all available optional categories, reject all optional categories, or customize analytics and diagnostics separately. You can reopen Cookie Settings from the site footer and withdraw consent at any time. Closing the notice does not mean that you consent.

6. Retention and International Processing

The consent record remains in your browser until you clear browser storage, withdraw your choice, or a new policy version requires consent again. Provider-side retention follows the applicable service configuration and provider terms. Some providers may process information outside your country. We use Singapore infrastructure for core business services and apply contractual, technical, and access controls appropriate to the service.

7. Updates and Contact

We may update this policy when our technology, providers, legal obligations, or product features change. Material changes that affect optional processing will require a new consent choice. Contact listenupai-support@pixelagentstudio.com with questions or privacy requests.
